Milan Horacek was awarded by Berndt Posselt for defending Sudeten Germans who were moved out of Czechoslovakia after the war. Horacek, 67, was born in Velke Losiny, north Moravia. His father was ethnic Czech, his mother ethnic German. In 1969, he emigrated from Czechoslovakia. Horacek was one of the founding members of the German Green Party.
